OLDS PARK

Public BBQ

Olds Park stands as a premier suburban recreation facility following recent major upgrades that have transformed its offerings. The expansive grounds feature a 1.2km perimeter walking track popular with runners and dog walkers, multiple soccer fields, a full-sized AFL oval, and a cricket ground. Sporting enthusiasts enjoy two full-size basketball courts, three netball courts, and specialized areas for throwing sports like discus and shot put. A small golf driving net adds variety to the activities. The modern skate park attracts younger visitors, while families appreciate the improved playground facilities. Exercise equipment stations dot the grounds, and picnic tables provide gathering spots. Public toilets and ample parking within the grounds enhance convenience, though hand-wash supplies occasionally run low. A cafe on-site serves visitors, making extended stays comfortable.
